From Quadvest
As of May 1, 2025 we have entered "stage one" of the voluntary watering schedule. Stage one means:
Odd addresses water on Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Even addresses water on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
This is for irrigation, sprinkler-end system, or hand held hose.

For Peace of Mind
The time may come for each home owner to receive the dreaded violation letter. When it came to me, my first emotion was anger. However, anger rarely accomplishes our goals. There is a right way to deal with that ridicules letter. In our community the best thing is to stay calm. Notice at the bottom of the letter that there is the contact information for our property manager, Erik. Please, nicely, contact him and explain your position. He can dismiss the infraction or give instruction on how to resolve the issue. Understand each of us signed off on the regulations when we purchased our property.

Good News, The board approved several contracts last night August 20, 2025. The driveways for the two mailboxes and the Lonestar Park, the flower beds at the front entrances and the contract to trim the weeds along the roadway.

The current Firewise Committee will be continuing on in our community’s efforts to make TGR a wildfire free place to live. Please thank committee members; Bill Bailey, Chairman, Rhonda Rollins, Judy Ardoin, George Ardoin, John Elliott, Michael Braden and Keith Sandefur for continuing to volunteer their time to support all of us at the Ranch.
The Firewise Committee will be holding a workshop this coming week to discuss plans and opportunities going forward. Please stay tuned for more updates, in the meantime, please visit www.Firewise.org for more information on Firewise.
